VALLEY OF THE TALL GRASS

A TV/VCR combo set is thrown out in an Oregon town, but it survives and circulates through the lives of various Indigenous characters of color. In this multi-character portrait, young sisters, an artist, a junkyard scrapper, and his skater daughter all find connection through this seemingly obsolete object.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWN

In search of the young lead role, THUAN. He’s 12-18 years old. A lanky boy with a peach-fuzz mustache. He is small but has an oversized personality. His bravado masks his vulnerabilities.

No Acting Experience Necessary.

Strong skating ability preferred.

All ethnicities encouraged to apply.
